Objective

Embark on a journey to be healthier! This challenge is designed to simplify fat loss, muscle gain, and weight management. Together, we’ll help you build momentum towards improved body composition and a healthier, happier you.

Four exciting weeks of transformation!

Partner Up for Success

Studies show that participating in a nutrition challenge with a partner can significantly enhance your results. Having an accountability partner increases the likelihood of achieving weight loss and health goals compared to going solo.

The H.C.C.C. is designed as a partner-based program to maximize your results. Solo participation is welcome, but only partner teams are eligible for prizes.

$60.00 per participant

  • $40 paid by the participant.
  • $20 subsidized by Hamilton College.

How Winners Are Determined:
Scoring is based on the combined total body fat mass lost by both team members, as measured by InBody readings.
