Studies show that participating in a nutrition challenge with a partner can significantly enhance your results. Having an accountability partner increases the likelihood of achieving weight loss and health goals compared to going solo.
The H.C.C.C. is designed as a partner-based program to maximize your results. Solo participation is welcome, but only partner teams are eligible for prizes.

How Winners Are Determined: Scoring is based on the combined total body fat mass lost by both team members, as measured by InBody readings.
