RUN CLUB

Whether you’ve never run before, haven’t run in years, or you’re looking to improve your 5K time, our 13-week Run Club is designed to help you build confidence and consistency!

This beginner-friendly program will focus on gradually improving endurance, building strength, and developing smart running habits so you can show up on race day feeling prepared. With the Boilermaker on the horizon, it’s the perfect opportunity to train with a supportive group and work toward a goal.

Meet Your Coach: Sam Sagely
A high-energy track star with a passion for coaching, Sam brings enthusiasm, experience, and motivation to every session. She’s great at meeting runners where they are and helping them build the confidence and consistency needed to cross the finish line strong!

Thursdays at 5:30 PM & Sundays at 9 AM
