Kickstart to Fitness Cohort – October 4th & October 11th @ 10:15am

Our Kickstart to Fitness Cohort is designed to bridge the gap between Kickstart and our Fitness program. Over the course of two Saturdays, members will learn the fundamental movements they’ll encounter in Fitness that are not part of Kickstart. These sessions are focused on building confidence, reinforcing proper form, and preparing you for a smooth transition into the next level of classes. By the end, you’ll know what to expect, how to stay safe, and feel ready to take on new challenges.
