Ready to take the next step but feeling a little intimidated? This cohort is designed just for you!
Join us for two guided sessions where we’ll bridge the gap from KickStart into Mohawk Valley Fitness. We’ll walk you through the most common movements you’ll see in class, break them down, and build your confidence in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
📅 Dates: Saturday, April 11 & April 18 ⏰ Time: 10:00–11:00 AM
Each session will include movement breakdowns and a mock workout so you know exactly what to expect stepping into class.
We highly encourage attending both sessions to get the full experience, but if you can only make one, we’ve got you covered.
