Fitness to CrossFit Cohort – October 4th & October 11th @ 10:15am
Our Fitness to CrossFit Cohort is the next step for members ready to advance from Fitness into CrossFit. Over two Saturdays, you’ll be introduced to barbell movements and Olympic lifts that are not part of the Fitness program. These sessions focus on safety, proper technique, and building confidence with more complex lifts. By the end, you’ll know what to expect in CrossFit classes and feel prepared to step into this next level of training.
