Q2 Upper Body Push + Shoulder Prehab Clinic Sunday 5/3 | 9:00–10:30 AM
Looking to build upper body strength and improve shoulder health? This clinic is designed to help you do both—no matter your current level!
The clinic will be split into two parts:
Part 1: Shoulder Prehab (All Participants) We’ll kick things off with targeted shoulder prehab work focused on stability, mobility, and injury prevention. This portion is for everyone and will give you tools to keep your shoulders strong and healthy long-term.
Part 2: Skill-Based Breakout Groups For the second half, you’ll move into one of three groups based on your current ability and goals:
a. Push-Up Foundations For those working toward their first few push-ups or building stronger, more consistent sets. We’ll focus on positioning, scaling options, and progressions you can carry into class.
b. Getting Inverted For anyone new to being upside down or looking to build confidence. Learn how to safely kick up, improve body awareness, and get comfortable in an inverted position.
c. Advanced Gymnastics Progressions For athletes ready to level up their skills. Focus on kipping handstand push-ups, refining technique, and progressing toward handstand walking.
This clinic allows you to get exactly what you need—whether that’s building your foundation or advancing your skills—all while supporting long-term shoulder health!
