Ready to take your Olympic lifts to the next level?
Whether your clean and jerk or snatch has hit a plateau, or you’re just passionate about mastering these dynamic lifts, our Olympic Weightlifting class is designed for you! Perfect for athletes intrigued by weightlifting, preparing for a competition, or looking to refine their technique, this small-group class offers personalized attention to the nuances of the sport.
Class Details:
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 PM starting Tuesday October 28th.
Duration: 8 weeks
Investment: $249 (includes a weightlifting club T-shirt, thumb tape, and a complimentary block of chalk)
Class Format:
Warm-up tailored to the clean and jerk or snatch
Technique work at moderate percentages, focusing on key positions
Secondary strength training and accessory exercises specific to weightlifting.

Dan Taylor, an excellent lifter and and always excited coach, he is passionate about helping athletes improve their technique and increase the weight on the bar. With his expertise, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to excel.
