Concept2 Rowing Clinic

Concept 2 Rowing Clinic + Primps PT Prehab Session

Join us on Saturday, February 8th from 9:00–10:30am in the CrossFit room for a hands-on clinic focused on rowing efficiency and long-term joint health.

The first half of the clinic will be dedicated to refining your rowing technique on the Concept2. We will break down the mechanics of an efficient stroke, proper sequencing, and breathing strategies to help you move more powerfully, row with less fatigue, and get more out of your workouts while reducing unnecessary strain.

The second half of the clinic will be led by Dr. Julia Primps and will focus on physical therapy–based prehab for the hips and low back. This portion will include targeted mobility and stability exercises designed for anyone dealing with tight hips, low back stiffness, or who wants to be proactive about maintaining the health of their spine and hips. These movements are intended to support longevity in both training and everyday life.
