Ready to level up your training but not quite sure what to expect in CrossFit? This cohort is designed to help you make that transition with confidence.
Join us for two guided sessions where we’ll introduce you to the structure, movements, and intensity of CrossFit in a supportive, coach-led environment. We’ll break down key skills, walk through common workout formats, and build your confidence step by step.
📅 Dates: Saturday, April 11 & April 18 ⏰ Time: 10:15–11:15 AM
Each session will include skill development and a mock CrossFit-style workout so you can experience what class feels like—without the pressure.
We highly encourage attending both sessions to get the full experience, but if you can only make one, we’ll still make it worth your time.
